Families register themselves
Publish a registration form and families sign up online, pick their session, and pay if you’re charging a tryout fee. Everyone who registers shows up on your check-in list.
Know who actually showed up
Check players in as they arrive and split them into evaluation groups. Anyone who registered and didn’t come is flagged automatically, so you know exactly who to follow up with.
Put the clipboards away
Coaches score and film players from their phones while the tryout is happening, and scores land in the system live. When the last group finishes, your results are already done.
Rankings, not a pile of paper
Every player gets a composite score built from your own weightings, with the full breakdown by category and every coach’s notes attached. Sort, filter, watch the video, and build teams straight from the results.
