Facility management

Your building, booked and paid for.

Camps, clinics, private lessons and cage or court rentals — scheduled, sold and collected in the same platform that runs your season.

01Programs

A one-day clinic and a ten-week program are the same three steps

Set the sessions, the price and the capacity, and you have a public page with your logo, your colors and your own questions on the form. Capacity is enforced when someone hits submit, not after you’ve oversold it, and deposits, installments and promo codes all work out of the box.

02Lessons

Coaches keep their own hours

Each coach sets their weekly availability and blocks time off, and families book the open slots themselves — no three-message exchange to find a Tuesday. Directors can book for anyone, and coaches can only book for themselves.

03Packages

Sell ten lessons, not one at a time

Families buy a pack and every booking draws one down, with the balance visible to them and to your staff. Cancellation windows and late-cancel fees are yours to set, and a canceled lesson can go back as a credit instead of a refund.

04Rentals

Rent the cage at one rate and the field at another

Every space has its own hours, its own rates, and its own rules — different prices by time of day, by day of week, and for members, teams and the public. Take instant bookings or approve each request, and let an outside team hold the same Tuesday slot for twelve weeks.

05One calendar

Nothing gets double-booked

Practices, games, camps, lessons and rentals all sit on one calendar, by coach or by space, and the database itself refuses to hold the same cage twice. Staff with the right permission can override it on purpose; nobody does it by accident.

06Getting paid

Sell anything to anyone from one screen

Lessons, rentals, programs, packages, season fees — charge a card on file or send a payment link by text. Every booking carries the coach’s pay rate, so payroll is a report instead of a spreadsheet you build every two weeks.
