AI

AI that works for your staff, not instead of your coaches.

Evaluation scoring is done by coaches, never by AI. The AI takes the writing and the looking-up off your staff's plate.

Inbox: an AI draft of a reply to a parent
01Inbox

AI-drafted replies to parent email and text

A parent writes in, and the inbox drafts the reply from the thread and your club's own policies. Your staff read it, change it, or regenerate it with a note, then send.

How it works

  • The draft is written from the whole conversation, the player it is about, and what AI Brain knows about your club.
  • Pick a tone (professional, friendly, short or detailed) or type a direction such as "say the make-up is Thursday" and regenerate.
  • Email and text go through the same draft. Only staff with the AI reply permission see the button.
Assistant: an answer with the click path
02Assistant

An assistant that answers staff questions

Ask how to move a player to another team, and the answer is the click path inside Game Mode, with a button that opens the screen.

How it works

  • Product answers come from a knowledge base generated from the software itself, so every step names a real tab, button or section.
  • Questions about your own data (who still owes a balance, which programs are open) are answered from your live records, and only what your role can already see.
  • Many answers end in an action button: open the screen, show the filtered list, or start a draft.
03AI Brain

AI Brain holds your club's own documents

Upload the handbook, the refund policy and the tryout FAQ once. Answers to staff and drafts to parents are about your organization, in your organization's words.

How it works

  • Upload PDFs, Word documents or notes under Settings, and they are indexed for the assistant and the inbox.
  • Communication defaults (tone, sign-off, what to never promise) live there too, and every draft follows them.
  • Turn AI off for your club and the drafts and the assistant stop.
04No-shows

One-click follow-ups to tryout no-shows

Everyone who registered and did not come is flagged automatically, and one click sends each family a follow-up with a private link to pick another session or withdraw.

How it works

  • When a session ends, every registered player who was not checked in is flagged as a no-show on its own. Staff can undo one, or mark one by hand.
  • Select them and send: each family gets your club's follow-up email with a private link where they pick another session, ask for another option, or withdraw. A family already sent one is not sent again unless you choose to.
  • The assistant can also draft a short follow-up text to a no-show. The email with the link is sent from check-in.
