WELCOME BACK TITANS!

This form is for current Titans Youth (9u-14) players who want to come back next season. Returning youth players don’t need to attend open tryouts.

Submitting this form tells our staff you want to return. It doesn’t guarantee a spot on a specific team. Our coaches will review previous season(s) performance and we will reach out after our first round of tryouts.

Please confirm your player’s information and age group below, and submit by our first open tryout dates so we can hold a spot for your player.
